Ups and Downs

Life is always a challenge. Some days you win challenges- other days you lose. No matter what day you are on there will always be a flip side. I hit a flip side today and it has been great. I won something that I put a lot of effort into. I got to watch my friends win awards they had deserved for a long time. It was nice to see- then I watched the group I was there with leave without me and take pictures without me. It is great to win the top award- then to be ignored by the group that I came with. Granted the left me at the building when I was walking to the event as well. It has been a long day.
