Post- FINALS

Finals is the most stressful point in many college students careers. Well... maybe waiting for grades in certain classes might be worse, but finals in general is a horrible time to be around campus'.  I as typical had some rough classes and some that were easier than others.  I noticed during my freshman year that when stressed I suck into myself. If I am able to break that wall of my own fear and encourage someone else, then I had a better chance of making it though my finals with a sane mind. Granted, it sounds selfish, but instead of being me focused- I focus on those around me. It reminds me of Proverbs 12:25, "Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad." God never meant for us to live a me-centric life. Instead we were to be kingdom focused [focused on his plan]. Finals and times of stress I struggle to remember this concept. I thought I wasn't going to make it though this year, but the right people were placed in my life to help me though. It was a blessing and a challenge, but most of all a time of prayer.
